AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring a Group Leader Assistant at Suitland Elementary School in Suitland, MD. You will support daily curriculum activities and help create a fun, safe after-school environment that encourages kids to learn and grow.

Requirements include a High School diploma, CPR and First Aid certification, and 3–6 months of licensed childcare experience. The role involves lifting up to 25 pounds, Monday through Friday 1:30pm–6:00pm, with pay at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a classroom setting with bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• 3–6 months childcare experience in a licensed setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily curriculum activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts.
• Prioritize child safety at all times.
• Keep the classroom space clean and organized.
• Foster an inclusive environment where kids feel supported.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
