AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an Early Learning Professional for our Accokeek location to support before and after school programs.

You'll work AM and PM shifts, helping with daily curriculum activities, ensuring child safety, and maintaining a tidy, inclusive environment where kids learn and grow after the school day. This is a hands-on, energetic role ideal for individuals who enjoy guiding children, collaborating with staff and families, and contributing to a positive school-day

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification are required.
• 3-6 months childcare experience in a licensed setting.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and bend regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

Pay: $15.00

Hours: Monday through Friday AM Shift 7AM-9am PM Shift 3PM-6PM
