AlphaBEST Education, Inc. at Cold Spring School is hiring a Group Leader for our Before & After School Programs.

The position offers $17.00 per hour with morning and afternoon shifts to support a structured, engaging environment. You will lead activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker and Arts, while prioritizing child safety, maintaining an organized space, and building strong relationships with teammates, families, and school staff.

Looking to gain leadership experience while you're in school? AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

We're Looking For An Early Learning Professional Who

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In This Role, You Will

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
