AlphaBEST Education, Inc is seeking a Group Leader Assistant to support before and after school programs at local elementary schools in Upper Marlboro, MD. Shifts include am and pm blocks at PE Williams Elementary and Kettering Elementary School, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

You will assist with curriculum activities, emphasize child safety, keep spaces tidy, and foster inclusive, engaging environments. This role requires teamwork with staff and families.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with lifting up to 25 pounds.
• 3–6 months childcare experience in a licensed setting.
