AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring for a Group Leader to supervise and guide before and after school programs at Haddonfield Elementary Schools. You will lead students through daily activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, while ensuring safety and orderly spaces.

The role emphasizes teamwork with peers, school staff, and families. Ideal candidates are pursuing education-related studies and enjoy fostering a fun, structured learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

We're looking for an early learning professional who:

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role, you will:
