AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring a Group Leader at Broad Street Elementary School for the 2026/2027 school year.

You will guide a group of students through daily curriculum activities, support a safe, inclusive environment, and partner with teachers and families to keep programs running smoothly. Ideal candidates are students studying Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related fields, with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and CPR/First Aid certification; ability to lift up to

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
