Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring for the 2026/2027 school year to support our Before & After School Programs at Bixby School and Steen School. We are seeking a Group Leader to foster a structured, high-energy environment where kids learn and grow after the school day.

You will lead daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, Arts), prioritize child safety, keep spaces organized, and collaborate with families and school staff to deliver engaging, inclusive experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.

Hours: 7:00-8:30am & 2:30-6:00pm

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
