Right At School in Virginia is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school enrichment programs. You will oversee safety, staff coaching, daily activities, and family communication to create a joyful, organized learning environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong multi-tasking, excellent communication, and a background in child development or related field. This role supports our mission of safe, high-quality programs for kids while partnering with the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development.
• Strong communication skills with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google tools or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Safety & Joy: model safe, joyful environments and keep policies up to date.
• Safety Assurance: support and report on safety protocols and keep proof of health/MMR where needed.
• Effective Communication: engage with families and partners and respond to inquiries during program hours.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain accurate attendance and check-in/out records per policy.
• Daily Routine: implement activities and curriculum while ensuring engagement and safety.
