Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Ability to work with school-age children
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire

Responsibilities

• Supervises students under guidance of a director/leader
• Follows ECS Procedures Manual
• Participates in and facilitates structured and unstructured activities
• Maintains safe conditions for students and staff
• Enforces program discipline policies
• Assists with maintenance and storage of equipment and supplies
• Contributes ideas for enrichment activities and curriculum
• Communicates effectively with parents, students, staff and coworkers
• Uses district facilities with care and follows district policies
• Performs other related duties as requested
