Job summary

Cherry Creek Schools seeks an active supervisor for the school-based child care program, guiding students under a qualified leader. The role promotes strong community relations among families and school staff while supporting program quality and student safety.

Under supervision, you will engage students in structured activities, follow district procedures, and contribute to a positive learning environment for diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and work under supervision.
• Each year, complete at least 15 clock hours of training.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to work with school age children.
• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.

Responsibilities

• Completes all tasks assigned by director, assistant director, or leader.
• Follow procedures as stated in the ECS Procedures Manual.
• Participates and plays with students in structured and unstructured activities.
• Maintains safe conditions for students and staff.
• Follows district policies and goals and uses district facilities with care.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
