Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time Group Leader for after-school programs across Windsor, CO. Schedule: 2:00/2:30 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You will guide students through curriculum activities and help create a safe, inclusive environment.

This role offers hands-on experience in education, teamwork with staff and families, and benefits for part-time employees, including health coverage and discounts on program tuition.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 16 years old and 460 verifiable hours with children (ages 4+)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

AlphaBEST provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

In this role, you will:
