Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Group Leader to support Jeffco County Public Schools before and after school programs. This part-time role offers weekday AM/PM shifts and weekends off to support work-life balance.

You will lead a group of students through engaging activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, Arts), prioritize safety, keep spaces organized, and build positive relationships with families and school staff. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• Must have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)

AlphaBEST Education Group Leader - Jeffco County Public Schools

Monday - Friday (Weekends off... because work-life balance matters!) AM shift: 6:30 am - 8:00/8:30 am and/or PM shift 2:00/2:30 pm - 6:00 pm.
