Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking an After School Group Leader at Vanguard Schools in Colorado Springs. The role involves guiding student explorers in activities across fitness, arts, technology and beyond, fostering curiosity and creativity while ensuring a caring environment for staff, children and parents.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm with no weekends. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with part-time benefits including health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+) and be 18+ years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations.
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours).

Schedule: No weekends! Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm
