Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Group Leader who will shape meaningful after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, supportive setting. You will lead a group through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, Arts), keep child safety your top priority, maintain a clean space, and build strong relationships with families and school staff.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, pay of $15.25–$16.25/hour (based on experience), health benefits,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
