Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking an early learning professional for the 2026-2027 School year. The part-time position runs Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with no weekends, in Arizona. You will supervise a group of students through structured curricula and prioritize safety while supporting a welcoming, organized space.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a classroom with bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• 18+ years old with six months of verifiable childcare experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet staffing needs.
• Must be registered and have full clearance from AZ childcare licensing agency.

• Perferred one year child care experience in classroom setting.
