Job summary

University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee the BEFAST cognitive training program across multiple sites, including building relationships with partners and supervising a team of research assistants and interns.

The role requires the ability to manage research protocols, travel regionally, and work with diverse populations. This is a temporary, full-time benefited position with potential annual renewal based on funds and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Child Development or related field.
• Experience working with young adults in school settings.
• Familiarity with cognitive assessment tools.
• Experience teaching and supervising research assistants and interns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, delivery, and assessment of the BEFAST cognitive training program across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community and campus partners.
• Supervise site leads, project interns and research assistants.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate BEFAST research assistants and interns.
• Attend meetings and sometimes lead meetings with project team members.
• Carry out and follow research protocol.
• Support related ICDFR projects as needed.
• Travel throughout the region to various sites as needed.
