Job summary

California Polytechnic State University is seeking a Lead Coordinator for Student Success Initiatives to oversee the BEACoN Research Program and the CIX student intern team. The role supports university-wide initiatives that expand student success, equitable access, and high-impact learning opportunities.

Under the Division of University Personnel, the Department of Culture and Institutional Excellence (CIX) advances institutional excellence by supporting programs, initiatives, and partnerships

Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college or university. Three years of technical or administrative experience. A graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
• Thorough knowledge of the policies, procedures, and applicable regulations pertaining to the assigned programs, and the ability to learn, interpret, and independently apply a wide variety of university policies and procedures, including in situations where specific guidelines or precedents may not exist.
