Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and other programs including presentation software.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and Reporting skills.
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Analyzes account base, identifies opportunities, and ensures compliance where applicable.
• Delivers professional sales presentations, supports new product placements and promotions.
• Maintains product levels and educates staff on priority brands.
• Manages receivables and handles issues with accounts.
• Achieves sales and merchandising objectives and tracks performance goals.
• Ensures brand visibility with POS materials and effective in-store communication.
• Supports openings of new accounts with opening orders.
• Participates in supplier work with sales calls and blitzes.
