Qualifications

• Proof of age required for serving or handling alcohol.
• Basic food handling training and any local health certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completed.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular attendance and energetic, friendly attitude.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately records food and beverage orders from Guests.
• Handle transactions on the assigned register with proper cash balance.
• Verify identification for alcoholic beverages and ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure accurate orders and timely service.
• Maintain clean, sanitized high-contact areas and follow PPE guidelines.
