You will verify ages for alcohol, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean, safe environment while collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proof of age for alcohol service where required.
• Completion of local/state required certifications or health card.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completion.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude on each shift.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Handle transactions on the assigned register with proper cash balance.
• Verify guest age for alcohol transactions and ensure consumption occurs in designated areas.
• Practice suggestive selling and collaborate with kitchen staff for order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and follow safety protocols.
