Qualifications

• Proof of age to serve alcohol (minimum legal age varies by state)
• Basic food handling training and any local certifications
• Safe Alcohol Service training completion
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays
• Regular attendance and reliability
• Energetic and friendly attitude
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving
• Accurate cash handling and basic math

• Follow directions with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a friendly, timely manner.
• Know bar and menu items to assist guests.
• Record orders accurately on the register.
• Handle transactions with proper cash balance and logging.
• Verify age for alcohol, ensure alcohol is served in designated areas.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines.
• Adapt to cleaning task frequency as needed.
• Report safety issues to management.
