Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Server - Beer and Wine to guide Guests in ordering food and beverages, while providing excellent service in a dynamic theater environment.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, maintaining menu knowledge, recording orders accurately, and processing payments with care. You may cross-train as a Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office, or Usher as staffing requires.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and meet state age requirements for alcohol service.
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain local certifications when required.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and take orders with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Know bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Process transactions accurately on the assigned register with proper cash handling.
• Verify IDs for all alcohol transactions and ensure alcohol is served in designated areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain clean, sanitized high-contact areas and follow safety protocols.
