Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food service and beer/wine service a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Valid alcohol service certification for beer and wine (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food, wine, and beer orders in a courteous and professional manner.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process cash and credit card transactions.
• Serve beer and wine in accordance with all state and local alcohol regulations.
• Verify identification to ensure legal drinking age for alcohol purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier and service station.
• Stock and restock food items, beverages, and service supplies as needed.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, beer, and wine selections.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and side work.
• Report inventory, equipment, or guest concerns to management.
