Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Server - Beer and Wine to guide guests in ordering food and beverages, provide menu knowledge, and deliver fast, friendly counter service.

The role supports cross-training as needed in other restaurant-related positions and requires strong guest interaction and cash handling accuracy. Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending items, recording orders, verifying age for alcohol, and maintaining a clean, safe service area while working with team members

Qualifications

• Proof of age may be required for alcohol service.
• Basic food handling training or certification may be needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and provide engaging service.
• Know bar and menu items to make recommendations.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately on the system.
• Handle cash transactions and balance the register.
• Verify guest age for alcohol service and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-contact areas and follow safety guidelines.
