Job summary

Breakthru Beverage California, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in the Financial District/SOMA area, driving to customer locations to maximize supplier brand sales. You will execute plans, deliver compelling presentations, and coordinate with the Field Sales Manager on openings and promotions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of Sales experience, with strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard computer programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication, diplomacy and customer service.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Analyzes account base, identifies opportunities, and ensures compliance where applicable.
• Delivers professional sales presentations balancing company priorities and customer needs.
• Maintains product levels by restocking shelves where permitted.
• Educates account staff on priority brands through staff training seminars.
• Manages receivables by processing credits/returns and communicating with accounts.
• Delivers products, handles customer issues, and refers issues to management.
• Achieves sales and merchandising objectives and plans monthly strategies.
