Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in the Financial District/SOMA area of San Francisco. You will maximize supplier brand sales through planning, selling execution and effective communication, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and supporting a winning team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with a structured routing pattern.
• Analyze account base and identify opportunities; ensure account surveys and compliance.
• Deliver professional sales presentations balancing company priorities with customer needs.
• Maintain product levels in accounts and restock as permissible.
• Educate account staff on priority brands via training seminars.
• Process credits/returns and manage AR with accounts.
