Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow C-store accounts across the beer, wine and spirits categories. You will plan routes, deliver compelling presentations, educate staff on priority brands, and ensure shelves are stocked and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
• Proficient with MS Office and presentation software
• Strong communication, diplomacy and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with a practical routing pattern
• Deliver sales presentations balancing company priorities and customer needs
• Maintain product levels and restock shelves where permissible
• Educate account staff on priority brands through training seminars
• Manage account receivables and coordinate with management on issues
• Build and nurture relationships to support sales and promotions
• Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public while handling alcohol products
• Assist with opening new accounts and participate in supplier work and sales blitzes
