Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time sales-focused role in Los Angeles. The position includes early morning shifts, weekday work, and a pay rate of $25.00 per hour with potential incentive pay and overtime.

Responsibilities center on meeting sales goals, executing promotions, and maintaining store distributions. The role requires a 21+ driving-capable candidate with a valid license, ability to lift up to 175 lbs, and a willingness to travel to accounts for visits and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have valid driver license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicating pricing and promotions.
• Coordinate product displays, POS materials, events and other promotions.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
