Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a merchandiser to visit grocery and beverage outlets, stock and display products, and ensure correct rotation on assigned routes. You will move products between backrooms and sales floors using standard equipment and document execution with photos.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver\'s license with adequate auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Expect lifting up to 170 pounds for keg handling and basic warehouse tasks; 0–6 months of

• Valid driver\'s license and auto insurance meeting company/state requirements.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs for keg handling/practical tasks.
• 0–6 months general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, rotate, and maintain products.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock to ensure inventory freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
