Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser to restock and rotate our products at grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes. You will move items between backroom and display floor using pallet jacks or hand trucks and document execution in our systems.

Must be at least 21 years old, have reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license, and be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly. 0–6 months of general work experience is accepted; a High School Diploma is preferred.

• Stock, rotate, and display Reyes products at grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Document execution by uploading photos of displays and backstock to systems.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
