Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products across Inland Empire grocery and retail beverage outlets.

You will start early (4am–6am), travel to accounts, use pallet jacks, and document execution with photos and POS materials. This full‑time role offers overtime, benefits, and growth opportunities within the Reyes Family of Businesses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or meet state minimum age.
• Reliable personal transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Maintain acceptable driving record per company and state law.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs with keg handling.
• 0–6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution.
• Maintain backstock areas to support inventory and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

• Pay: $24.00 per hour + overtime + monthly car and mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
