Job summary

Resurgence Brewing Company in Buffalo, NY is hiring a full-time Field Sales Manager to drive sales for our Resurgence Brewing and Blackbird Cider Works brands in the Buffalo and Rochester markets.

The role focuses on managing sales calls, building retailer relationships, and expanding accounts while meeting volume and distribution targets. Ideal candidates have beer industry experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in business, management, operations or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, specifically a wholesaler/supplier role.

Responsibilities

• Sells the entire portfolio of our brand: Resurgence Brewing & Blackbird Cider Works.
• Manages all aspects of sales, customer service, retailer support, and distributor management of the territory.
• Performs sales calls; manages the call frequency and route organization.
• Builds relationships and collaborates with wholesale and distributor teams/partners to achieve goals.
• Identifies new major accounts and develops plan to establish business.
