Southall Farm & Inn is seeking a Pollination Team Member to blend beekeeping, agricultural work, and guest experiences on-site. The role emphasizes hands-on involvement with hives, honey production, and public engagement through educational experiences for visitors.

Qualifications

• Beekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort handling venomous insects for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to attain Apprentice Level beekeeping certification online within 1 year.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and feed beehives.
• Assist in honey experiences and related events.
• Harvest, bottle and package honey.
• Apply pest treatments as needed.
• Perform woodworking tasks as required.
• Engage with guests during pollinator-focused activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
