Position Overview

This role involves managing and maintaining healthy colonies for large‑scale pollination, splitting, assembling frames, general maintenance, and more. The position requires hands‑on expertise and a deep understanding of commercial beekeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage honeybee colonies to ensure optimal health and productivity for pollination.
• Monitor hive conditions and address issues such as pests, diseases, and queen health.
• Transport and set up hives for pollination assignments in orchards.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of hives.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet pollination targets and timelines.
• Maintain detailed records of hive activities and conditions.
