Job summary

Gibbon Packing, LLC, part of American Foods Group, seeks a QA sorter to identify defects in carcasses and parts and ensure compliant presentation for inspectors. You will perform controlled cutting, sorting, and presentation activities per FSIS regulations and internal procedures.

Training is provided on Beef Modernization and essential tools. Must be capable of working in varied temperatures and around moving equipment, with PPE. Prior food safety knowledge is essential.
