Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of the fabrication team to meet production goals.
• Distribute tasks for maximum efficiency and monitor workload.
• Ensure volume, yields, and specifications targets are met; lead by example.
• Provide onboarding and training to new team members.
• Foster positive working relationships and address conflicts constructively.
• Lead team meetings on food safety, people safety, and performance topics.
• Uphold Creekstone Proud culture through attitude and actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
