Responsibilities

• Lead assigned fabrication line operations to meet quality, yield, safety, and sanitation targets.
• Supervise hourly line employees and coordinate staffing and training.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and refrigerated working environment.
• Document pre-operational checks and ensure line is sanitized before start.
• Administer corrective action per policy and union rules.
• Attend and contribute to daily meetings and monthly line reviews.
