Job summary

Phibro Animal Health Corporation seeks a Sales Representative – Calf Ranch to drive growth of our beef portfolio with ranch customers across the designated geography. The role requires residence in the assigned area and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Based out of Teaneck, NJ with remote capability, you will lead sales efforts for Phibro products, build relationships with feed and ranch customers, and collaborate with product and finance teams to optimize pricing, materials, and CRM usage.

Qualifications

B.S. in animal science/animal nutrition with beef experience.
Industry experience in sales with portfolio and value selling, product support, and collaborative approach (beef/beef industry).
Familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

Lead sales efforts for Phibro product portfolio for calf ranch customers in assigned geography.
Travel up to 50% as required.
Present to clients and build relationships with ranch operators and key influencers.
Coordinate with product, finance, and field teams to optimize pricing and materials.
Maintain CRM records and report industry trends within the area.
