Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a Second in Command (SIC) for our Beechjet 400A for Part 91/135 operations. Ideal candidates live within 2 hours call-out of Omaha base, or are willing to relocate. The SIC reports to the Base Chief Pilot and assists in safe, efficient operation of the aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

A strong flight background and leadership are essential. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

Total Time: 1500 hours.
Total PIC: 500 hours.
Total Multi-Engine: 500 hours.
Total PIC Multi-Engine: 25 hours.
Total Turbine: 100 hours.
Total Instrument: 150 hours.

Responsibilities

Manage duty, flight and rest times per CFRs and company rules.
Coordinate standby duty, trip notices, position calls and reports.
Maintain electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and apps.
Ensure navigation charts, publications, and manuals are current.
Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.
Demonstrate proactive decision making.
Reflect Jet Linx core values in all interactions.
