Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a Second in Command (SIC) for our Gulfstream G200 operations based in Teterboro, NJ. The SIC reports to the Base Chief Pilot and ensures safe, compliant operation of the aircraft for Part 91 and 135 flights.

The role requires substantial flight time, PIC and multi-engine experience, a current 1st Class medical, and the ability to travel. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and relocation within a 2-hour call-out window is desirable.

Qualifications

• Decision making and proactive problem solving during flight operations.
• Strong communication skills with crew, management, and operations teams.
• Ability to work within CFRs and company procedures to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage duty, flight, and rest times to CFRs and company requirements.
• Maintain communication with the company for standby duty, trip notifications, and flight reports.
• Maintain EFB hardware and applications.
• Ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current.
• Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.
• Demonstrate Jet Linx core values in all interactions.
