Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will use our bedMATCH diagnostic system to help customers find the right mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail hours including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with showroom setup and loading mattresses.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Focus on providing a relaxed, low-pressure educational shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using the bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Engage customers, understand needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Operate tablets and POS to process sales and payments.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
