Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in the United States is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMATCH system and proven selling process. You will join a team with 520+ stores and a long history of growth, delivering premium products and friendly service.

The role offers a dynamic weekend/holiday schedule, opportunity for bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k).

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Typical 4–5 day work week; 40–55 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using the proven selling process.
• Utilize bedMATCH diagnostic system to guide customers to the right solution.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience to improve customers’ lives.
