Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect mattress using our BedMatch system. You will engage with shoppers in-store, deliver a low-pressure, educational buying experience, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales Consultant role with focus on customer service.
• Availability for retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.
• Experience with tablets, mobile POS, and the BedMatch diagnostic system.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the BedMatch system to guide customers.
• Provide an educational, low-pressure shopping experience focused on improving customers' sleep quality.
• Maintain showroom presentation and assist customers with product selection and loading.
