Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect mattress using bedMATCH diagnostics. You’ll join a team in a fast-growing, family-owned company with a nationwide footprint and a strong focus on quality sleep.

The role requires evening, most holidays and weekend availability, with a typical 4–5 day work week. You’ll deliver a low-pressure, educational shopping experience and use cutting-edge technology to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our selling process and bedMatch system.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer educational guidance on sleep solutions.
