Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to help customers select the perfect mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You’ll engage with shoppers, present rich product knowledge, and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy a team setting, are able to work evenings and weekends, and can lift up to 75 pounds. The role offers a robust compensation package including hourly pay and potential bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Uphold a high level of customer service and help customers find the right mattress.
• Proven track record in retail sales and meeting/exceeding targets.
• Spanish language ability is a plus and English fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products to customers using the store's sales process.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide product recommendations via the bedMatch system.
• Use tablets and POS to process transactions and manage customer information.
• Participate in training programs and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
