Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will help customers select premium mattress and bedding products using our diagnostic bedMATCH system, delivering an informative and personalized shopping experience.

The role requires a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and a generous reward structure through hourly pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Operate tablets and POS systems to complete transactions.
• Contribute to a team-focused store environment.
