Mattress Warehouse in Kentucky is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch system. You will confidently apply our proven selling process in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This role includes evenings, weekends and holidays; comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a paid training program are provided. You will interact with customers, demonstrate products, and ensure a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with strong verbal and written English and Spanish; others a plus.
• Willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using proven selling process and bedMatch.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience and build trust.
• Operate tablets and POS technology to complete transactions.
