Qualifications

• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Willingness to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; experience with POS/tablets is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (or other languages) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMATCH diagnostic system and advisory approach.
• Provide a relaxing, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding service.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
