Responsibilities

• Assign patient beds and update accommodation status in eMR accurately.
• Conduct walking rounds to identify bed capacity and throughput issues.
• Communicate effectively with nursing, registration, environmental services, and other departments.
• Collaborate with Clinical Nursing Supervisor and Nursing leadership on patient throughput.
• Attend hospital-wide orientations, meetings, and in-services.
• Demonstrate flexibility with work scheduling to ensure patient care.
