The candidate should have a High School diploma and 2–3 years of hospital registration experience, plus 1–3 years census management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical terminology; EPIC experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage bed assignments and patient placement across floors and departments.

• Maintain accurate documentation and daily bed board records.
• Ensure timely admissions, registrations and discharge communication.
• Verify patient information and assist with advisement of bed availability.
